Job Description
Key Duties
Delivery & Pickup Logistics
* Safely operate a vehicle for local pickups and deliveries.
* Plan daily routes for efficiency and punctuality.
* Track and log all delivery manifest details accurately using a digital system.
* Carefully handle and transport items to prevent damage or loss.
Counter & Customer Service
* Greet customers, receive orders, and accurately tag/itemize garments for service.
* Process payments using the POS system and handle cash accurately.
* Present and release completed orders to customers efficiently.
* Resolve basic customer queries and order issues.
Store Operations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area.
* Assist with stock inventory (hangers, bags, detergents).
* Organize and manage the flow of soiled, in-process, and completed orders.
