💰 *Salary:* ₹18,000/month (Based on experience) + Incentives on orders.

*About the Role*

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive *Delivery Operations Executive* to manage end-to-end delivery operations, ensure smooth order allocation, and coordinate with delivery partners for timely fulfillment.

*Key Responsibilities*

Order Management

* Receive and process customer orders

* Allocate orders to delivery partners/riders

* Ensure timely pickup and delivery execution

* Manage route allocation efficiently

Delivery Coordination

* Coordinate with delivery executives for smooth deliveries

* Monitor rider availability and assign tasks accordingly

* Resolve delivery delays and operational issues

# *Order Volume*

* Manage approximately *200+ orders per month/day* (based on business requirements)

*Requirements*

✅ Able to Read and Understand (Hindi + Basic English)

✅ Comfortable working in rotational shifts & rotational weeks off
