Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Rider to transport items (food, parcels, documents, groceries, etc.) from our partner locations or warehouse to customers in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has a valid license, a smartphone, and a strong focus on road safety and customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPickup & Delivery – Collect orders from restaurants, hubs, or stores and deliver them to customers accurately and on time.
• Route Planning – Use GPS/navigation apps to determine the fastest and safest delivery routes.
• Order Handling – Ensure packages/orders are handled carefully to avoid damage or spillage (especially food).
• Payment Collection – (If applicable) Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments and submit them to the company at the end of the shift.
• Customer Interaction – Maintain a polite and professional attitude when meeting customers; resolve basic issues or escalate as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance – Perform daily checks on your bike/scooter (tires, fuel, brakes, lights) and report any mechanical issues.
• Compliance – Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
• App Usage – Keep the delivery app updated, accept orders promptly, and update order statuses in real time.
• RequirementsValid driver’s license (2-wheeler license)
• Own or have access to a reliable motorcycle/scooter (with registration and insurance).
• Smartphone with internet access (Android/iOS).
• Basic reading/math skills for following addresses and handling payments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Clean driving record (no major violations).
• Required previous delivery experience.
• Familiarity with local routes, shortcuts, and high-traffic areas.
• Basic English + local language fluency.
• Working ConditionsOutdoor work in various weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.).
• Standing, walking, and riding for most of the shift.
• Fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliveries.
