We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Delivery Executive to manage laundry pickups, deliveries, item handling, and last-mile operations. The candidate must own a scooter/bike and should be comfortable handling customer interactions, garment counting, cash collection, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

• Must own a scooter/bike with valid driving license.
• Basic smartphone handling skills (WhatsApp, calling, maps, order apps).
• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to lift and handle laundry bags/packages.
• Prior delivery/logistics/laundry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of routes and local areas.
• Attention to detail in garment counting and handling.

The role requires the above plus honesty, punctuality, and basic operational discipline to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pickup & Delivery OperationsPickup laundry garments from customer locations.

• Deliver cleaned garments safely and on time to customers.
• Ensure garments are delivered properly packed and on hangers wherever applicable.
• Handle both bike/scooter deliveries and van deliveries when assigned.
• Item Counting & VerificationCount garments/items accurately at the time of pickup and delivery.
• Ensure item tally matches invoice/order quantity.
• Cross-check garment counts while handing over items to trusted vendors and while receiving them back.
• Report any mismatch or damage immediately to the operations team.
• Cash & Payment HandlingCollect cash or online payments from customers when required.
• Maintain accurate payment records and submit collections daily.
• Vendor CoordinationTransport garments to partner vendors/workshops when assigned.
• Ensure correct quantity and order segregation while handing over and receiving garments.
• Curtain Services: Assist customers with curtain mounting (fixing) and unmounting (removal) of their curtains at their doorstep when required. Additional incentives will be provided for curtain-related work.
