Job Description
Job Duties:
Pick up laundry from customers' homes, offices, or designated locations.
Deliver cleaned garments safely and on schedule.
Verify order details during pickup and delivery.
Collect payments during delivery when required.
Maintain delivery records and update order status.
Ensure safe handling and transportation of customer garments.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (for delivery duties) and ability to ride a two-wheeler or drive a vehicle as required.
Basic communication and customer service skills.
Ability to use a smartphone for calls, navigation, and order updates.
Honest, punctual, and dependable.
Prior experience in laundry, retail, delivery, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
