Job Description
Position: Demo Specialist
Location: Samsung Premium Store, Jio World Plaza, BKC
Brand Segment: Super Premium Products.
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and explain features of Samsung’s super premium products to walk-in customers.
Deliver engaging product demos to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Guide and assist customers, directing them to the appropriate product segment within the store.
Handle first-hand interaction with customers visiting the store for mobile phone service-related queries.
Visit customer residences when required to provide in-home product demonstrations and feature explanations.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain Samsung’s premium brand image at all times.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
Good understanding of premium electronics / mobile products (preferred)
Willingness to travel for customer demos when required.
