Job Title: Account Manager – Dental Implants Sales
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office, 4 days field visits per week)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Manager to drive sales and manage relationships within the dental healthcare sector. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling dental implants, managing existing client accounts, resolving customer concerns, and identifying new business opportunities across Mumbai. This role requires a combination of client servicing, relationship management, and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for dental clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Handle and resolve client queries related to payments, deliveries, product availability, and order management.
- Manage inbound and outbound client communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Visit dentists, hospitals, dental colleges, and multi-specialty clinics across Mumbai to build relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Promote and sell dental implants and related products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Identify new customers and generate sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational discussions with prospective clients.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for client meetings and sales activities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of dental implants, dental products, or healthcare equipment.
- Experience working with dentists, hospitals, clinics, or educational institutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
