Job Description
Job Role
We are looking for a Field Service Technician / Engineer responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance of large-format digital printers (UV, Eco-solvent, DTG, tshirt pri ter , textile printer , label printer etc.). Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of printers at customer sites
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis (electrical, mechanical, basic software)
Routine maintenance and breakdown support
Handling service calls across assigned region
Customer training on machine operation and basic maintenance
Coordinating with internal technical team for complex issues
Maintaining service reports and documentation
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Basic understanding of electrical systems and machines
Willingness to travel extensively (field job)
Good problem-solving attitude and learning mindset
Basic communication skills (Hindi + local language preferred)
Experience:
Fresher or 1–3 years experience in service/technical role
Experience in printers / CNC / machinery is an advantage
