Job Description

  • Diagnose and repair desktop computers and laptops.
  • Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
  • Upgrade hardware components such as RAM, SSDs, HDDs, motherboards, and power supplies.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues.
  • Install and configure printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
  • Perform data backup, recovery, and system optimization.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks on systems.
  • Provide customer support and technical guidance.
  • Maintain service records, repair reports, and inventory details.
  • Assist in assembling and testing custom-built PCs and workstations.
  • Handle on-site service visits when required.
