- Windows OS installation and formatting
- MS Office installation and activation
- Desktop / Laptop troubleshooting
- No display, slow system, boot issue diagnosis
- Desktop assembling and hardware part replacement
- Router setup and Wi-Fi configuration
- Printer installation and network printer sharing
- Projector and camera setup
- LAN cable testing and IP configuration
- Basic switch/router/network troubleshooting
- Customer site visit support (if required)
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of computer hardware
- Basic networking knowledge
- Peripheral installation experience
- Ability to handle customer complaints politely
- Field support experience preferred
