Job Description

  • 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients (B2B) such as e-commerce companies, manufacturers, exporters/importers.
  • Use digital platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO, paid ads) to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • 2. Digital Campaign Management Plan and execute campaigns across channels (Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
  • Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead.
  • Work with marketing teams on content strategies (blogs, case studies, landing pages).
  • 3. CRM & Data Management Use CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot to track leads and interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer touch points and sales activities.
  • Analyze lead data to improve targeting and outreach strategies.
  • 4. Client Engagement Reach out to leads via email, calls, or social media.
  • Understand client logistics needs (shipping routes, warehousing, delivery timelines).
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • 5. Market Research Study logistics trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
  • 6. Collaboration with Sales Team Align with sales managers to ensure high-quality lead handover.
  • Support proposal creation and initial client discussions.
  • 7. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor KPI's like lead conversion rate, cost per lead, ROI on campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports for management.
