Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 360° digital marketing, brand building, performance marketing, customer acquisition, marketing automation, analytics, and team leadership.

The candidate should have a proven track record of driving business growth through integrated online and offline marketing initiatives while managing multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
• Manage performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Drive SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Plan product launches, branding initiatives, and GTM campaigns.
• Monitor marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversions.
• Manage website optimization, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Lead and mentor the marketing, creative, and content teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve marketing productivity and campaign performance.
