Job Title: Digital Marketing & Web Tech Specialist (Full-Stack Growth Marketer)
Location: Goregaon/Ram Mandir
Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, all-rounder professional who blends creativity with technical expertise across UI/UX, digital marketing, and web technologies. This role is ideal for someone who can independently plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end digital experiences, from designing high-converting websites to running performance marketing campaigns and leveraging AI-driven tools.
You will play a critical role in building and scaling digital presence for both our internal brand and client projects across IT, ITeS, and SaaS sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design & Website Optimisation
- Design intuitive, modern, and conversion-focused UI/UX for websites and landing pages
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Improve user journeys based on analytics and behaviour data
- Ensure mobile-first and responsive design best practices
2. Web Design & Development
- Build and manage websites on WordPress, Shopify, and Wix
- Customise themes and layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Implement custom features and UI enhancements
- Ensure website speed, security, and performance optimisation
- Basic backend handling and integrations (APIs, forms, CRM tools)
3. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Optimise website structure, content, and metadata
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools
- Execute backlink and content strategies
4. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Run A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Track conversions and ROI across campaigns
- Generate consistent leads for B2B and recruitment-focused campaigns
5. Analytics & Data-Driven Growth
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
- Analyse campaign and website performance
- Generate actionable insights to improve conversions and ROI
- Build performance reports and dashboards
6. AI & Automation Integration
- Use Python and AI tools for automation, data analysis, and workflow optimisation
- Leverage AI for content generation, campaign optimisation, and design assistance
- Explore and implement emerging AI tools relevant to marketing and development
7. Creative & Content Collaboration
- Work closely on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging
- Ensure alignment between design, content, and marketing goals
- Contribute to content strategy (ads, blogs, landing pages)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Proficiency in WordPress (customisation, plugins, performance optimisation)
- Working knowledge of Shopify and Wix platforms
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python (especially for automation/AI use cases)
Marketing Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
- Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, technical, off-page)
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) principles
Tools & Platforms
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest (or similar SEO tools)
- Meta Business Suite
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) – basic understanding preferred
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar all-rounder or growth role
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end digital campaigns and websites
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
A verifiable portfolio showcasing:
- Websites designed and/or developed (with live links)
- UI/UX case studies (before/after improvements preferred)
- SEO results (traffic growth, rankings, etc.)
- Performance marketing case studies (ROAS, CPL, lead generation metrics)
