DTP Operator

We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator to create, format, and finalize high-quality print and digital materials. The ideal candidate has strong design sense, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience with desktop publishing software.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and format layouts for print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, books, catalogs, advertisements, and reports
• Prepare files for printing, ensuring correct resolution, color modes, bleed, and margins
• Edit and revise documents based on client or internal feedback
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and printers as needed
• Proofread content to ensure accuracy in text, layout, and graphics
• Archive and organize project files systematically

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (CorelDRAW is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, and print production
• Basic understanding of color correction and image editing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
