Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven and organized e-commerce Executive to oversee our digital sales channels. You will manage online product listings, monitor stock levels, coordinate order fulfillment, and assist with digital marketing campaigns to elevate the brand's online presence. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of major e-commerce platforms.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
Listing & Catalog Management
- Create product listings: Upload accurate item titles, descriptions, specifications, and imagery.
- Optimize digital content: Develop A+ content, bullet points, and keyword-rich text for SEO.
- Maintain digital hygiene: Regularly check listing accuracy, fix errors, and update pricing.
- Monitor buy box: Track pricing competitiveness against marketplace rivals.
Operations & Order Fulfillment
- Track daily sales: Monitor volume, order patterns, and incoming purchase orders.
- Coordinate order lifecycles: Partner with warehouses to ensure smooth processing, packaging, and dispatch.
- Manage stock health: Review stock levels to keep supply aligned with online buyer demand.
Resolve logistics errors: Handle shipping anomalies, order cancellations, and product returns.
Marketing & Sales Strategy
- Execute active promotions: Set up platform deals, lightning sales, and discounts.
- Support paid advertising: Help manage return on ad spend (ROAS) across PPC and marketplace ads.
- Benchmark competition: Audit rival products for visibility, placement, and pricing strategies.
- Track customer sentiment: Monitor online ratings and reviews to recommend product improvements.
Data & Reporting
- Compile standard reports: Pull weekly and monthly web traffic, conversion, and sales data.
- Leverage channel insights: Use native portal reports to recommend inventory or strategy adjustments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills & Tool Knowledge
- Platform expertise: Proven experience navigating e-commerce engines like Shopify or Magento.
- Marketplace proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with ecosystems like Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart.
- Data toolsets: Proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- SEO awareness: Fundamental knowledge of keyword research and optimization protocols.
Soft Skills & Work Attributes
- Multitasking ability: Skilled at managing changing priorities in high-velocity environments.
- Interpersonal clarity: Confident communicating across logistics, marketing, and design teams.
