Position:Ecommerce Operator / Ecommerce Executive
Job Location:Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type:Full-Time
Company Overview:RAISA PRINTECH is engaged in supplying POS machines, barcode scanners, thermal printers, and retail automation products across India. We are looking for a dedicated Ecommerce Operator to manage online marketplace operations and support business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage product listings on ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, and other marketplaces
- Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory details
- Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking
- Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly
- Optimize product listings using keywords and SEO techniques
- Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse teams
- Respond to customer queries, messages, and return requests
- Prepare sales reports and marketplace performance reports
- Manage promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts on marketplaces
- Ensure accurate catalog management and brand presentation
- Required Skills:Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and seller panels
- Good computer skills (Excel, MS Office, Internet usage)
- Knowledge of product listing and online catalog management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in barcode scanner, POS, printer, or electronics category preferred
- Qualification:Graduate or Undergraduate
- Ecommerce experience preferred
- Experience:1–3 years preferred
- Freshers with ecommerce knowledge can also apply
