Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical installation activities at project sites. The candidate should have strong knowledge of box fixing, slab conduiting, wiring, DB (Distribution Board) installation, and overall site execution. The role requires ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, timely project completion, and effective coordination with labour teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day electrical site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor and manage box fixing, slab conduiting, wiring, cable laying, and DB installation work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
Plan manpower allocation and monitor productivity at the site.
Maintain records of daily progress, material consumption, and site reports.
