Job SummaryKohinoor Technical Institute is seeking a qualified and dedicated Electronics Faculty to teach students enrolled in the 1-Year Diploma in Electronics and Short-Term Certificate Courses. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training, preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and maintaining academic standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom lectures and practical sessions for Diploma and Certificate courses in Electronics.
• Conduct laboratory sessions while ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Assess students through assignments, practicals, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and academic documentations
• Ensure that the syllabus is completed within the prescribed schedule.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and academic activities as required.
• Follow the academic policies and guidelines of Kohinoor Technical Institute.

Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, or a related discipline.

• Relevant teaching or industry experience will be preferred.
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of basic and advanced electronics concepts.
• Ability to conduct practical laboratory sessions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in preparing lesson plans and student assessments.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Working Hours: The faculty will work according to the teaching timetable and batch schedule assigned by the Institute.

• Attendance and working hours shall be recorded based on the actual hours taught.
• Remuneration: Remuneration will be paid monthly based on the actual teaching hours conducted during the month.
• The hourly rate shall be as mutually agreed between the Institute and the faculty member.
• Payment will be processed after verification of attendance and teaching records.
