Executive Assistant Cum Driver

PERSONAL ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH DRIVING SKILLS REQUIRED SOUTH MUMBAI

A Lawyer & Bar Council Member based in South Mumbai is looking for a smart, dependable and responsible Personal Assistant for a long-term position.

This is a multi-responsibility role suitable for an energetic person who wants to grow beyond a routine office/driver position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily appointments and meeting schedule

• Attend forwarded calls and properly record/communicate messages

• Give timely reminders for meetings and commitments

• WhatsApp and basic phone coordination

• Assist in Bar Council and office-related coordination/errands

• Family/office driving as required

• School & tuition pick-up/drop of a 10-year-old child and ensure timely coordination

• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding professional and family matters

Candidate Profile:

• Preferably Graduate

• Age preferably 30–45 years

• Smart, alert, organised and good communication skills

• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Calendar and smartphone applications

• Basic English + good Marathi/Hindi

• Valid driving licence and confident driving skills mandatory

• Punctual and willing to take responsibility

• Previous experience as PA / office assistant / executive assistant / family assistant will be preferred

• Police verification and previous employer references mandatory

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month depending upon experience and capability.
