Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall Facility Management

• Manage daily operations of the residential complex
• Ensure smooth functioning of all services (housekeeping, security, maintenance)
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery

2. Soft Services Management

• Ensure deployment, attendance, grooming, and performance monitoring
• Implement SOPs and service quality standards

3. Hard Services Management

• Oversee electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP systems
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and AMC management

4. Builder Handover & Snag Management

• Coordinate with builder during handover stage
• Prepare, track, and close snag lists
• Ensure all deficiencies are rectified before final takeover
• Liaise with residents and builder for smooth transition

5. Vendor & Compliance Management

• Manage third-party vendors and service providers
• Ensure statutory and safety compliance (fire, lift, electrical, etc.)
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation

6. Resident & Client Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact for residents and society committee
• Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain good stakeholder relationships
