Job Description
Spring Fitting: Installing internal spring mechanisms into jewelry pieces like bracelets, bali earrings, or hinged locks to ensure they open and close properly.
Stone Sticking: Precisely fixing glass, plastic, or synthetic stones onto jewelry frames using adhesives or hotfix applicators.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished pieces for secure stone attachment and smooth mechanical movement.
General Assembly: Assisting with manual tasks such as "Kadi fitting" (connecting links), lifting materials, and packing.
