Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing fashion advice, maintaining store standards, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fashion products.
• Provide styling and fashion suggestions to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle billing support and customer queries when required.
• Ensure store cleanliness and stock arrangement.
• Build positive customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and retail sales.
• Customer-handling experience preferred.
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
• ExperienceFresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Retail or fashion industry experience will be an added advantage.
