Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Role
Job OverviewNoBroker is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Field KYC Executives to handle customer verification activities. This is a completely field-based role, where verified leads will be provided by the company. The selected candidate will visit customer locations to verify documents and complete biometric authentication as per company and compliance guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer locations assigned by the company for KYC and document verification
Verify original customer documents as per defined checklist
Collect and complete biometric verification of customers accurately
Ensure correctness and authenticity of submitted documents
Upload verification details and reports through company systems
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
Maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers
Complete daily assigned leads within defined timelines
Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male candidates only
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Must be willing to work in a field-based environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of document handling and verification is preferred
Mandatory RequirementsTwo-wheeler (Bike)
Valid Driving License
Laptop (mandatory)
Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000
CTC: Up to ₹25,800
Deductions:
Provident Fund (PF): ₹3,600
TDS: ₹200
Fuel Allowance: ₹3.5 per kilometer (as per travel distance)
Work LocationField-based (customer locations as assigned by the company)
