Sure Home Check is a premium home inspection service in Mumbai. We visit residential flats before purchase or possession and deliver same day inspection reports using thermal imaging, moisture detection, and a detailed checklist. We are looking for a reliable, presentable Field Inspection Technician to carry out on site inspections across Mumbai.

What you will do:

Visit client flats at scheduled times and conduct thorough property inspections using our equipment. Use a thermal imaging camera and pinless moisture meter to detect hidden water seepage, electrical issues, and structural defects. Follow our 1,000 point inspection checklist across all areas of the flat. Click clear photos and capture all readings. Submit findings through our mobile system on the same day. Represent Sure Home Check professionally at every visit.

What we are looking for:

Someone from an electrical, AC service, waterproofing, civil, or building maintenance background who is honest, punctual, and takes their work seriously. You will be visiting premium homes and representing a premium brand, so attitude and presentation matter as much as technical skill. If you are reliable, curious, and want to build a skill in specialised property diagnostics, this role is a strong career move.

Additional Requirements

• Own two wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory, non negotiable)
• Android smartphone with good camera and reliable internet connection
• Fluent in Hindi and Marathi, basic English speaking ability
• Prior experience in any of these fields preferred: electrical work, AC or appliance servicing, waterproofing, civil site work, pest control, facility or building maintenance is mandatory
• Comfortable working with new technology [AI] and digital tools
• Presentable appearance and professional conduct when visiting client homes
• Willing to travel across western and central Mumbai suburbs daily
• ITI diploma in electrical or civil is an advantage but not mandatory
