- Job portals, referrals, field visits aur camps ke through hiring karna

- Documents collect karna aur verification karwana
- Daily joining targets achieve karna
- Candidates ka follow-up karna till onboarding
- Team aur client ko daily hiring report dena
- Required SkillsField recruitment ka experience (delivery hiring ho to better)
- Communication skills thik hone chahiye (Hindi + basic English)
- Target-based kaam karne ki ability
- Local area ki achhi knowledge
