Field Sales Executive

• Generate business through Direct Sourcing and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loans.
• Identify, onboard, and activate DSA agents, connectors, and referral partners to build a strong lead pipeline.
• Schedule and fix meetings with active and interested DSAs, brokers, and business owners.
• Drive consistent lead inflow through strong relationship management with DSAs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through self-sourcing and channel-driven business.
• Handle end-to-end customer acquisition including lead follow-up, application processing, and documentation.
• Monitor DSA-generated leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Identify local market opportunities and expand the DSA network in high-potential areas.
• Coordinate internally for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

MBA or Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in sales.

• Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Business Loans is preferred.
• Candidates with DSA/channel sales experience will be given strong preference.
• Existing network of DSAs, brokers, or SME/business owners is an added advantage.
• Strong ability to generate leads, fix appointments, and close deals.
• Target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
