Job Description: Loan Executive / Relationship Officer (PhonePe)
Role Overview
PhonePe Loan Department ko aise candidates ki zaroorat hai jo company ke loan products ko grow karne mein madad kar sakein. Is role mein aapko company ki taraf se verify kiye gaye leads diye jayenge, jinke sath aapko field par milna hoga aur unka loan process complete karwana hoga.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Qualified Leads: Company aapko daily basis par potential customers ki leads khud provide karegi,
Daily Field Visits: Diye gaye leads par daily basis par 20 re-visiting (follow-up visits) karni hogi taaki customer ke doubts clear ho sakein aur relationship bani rahe.
Har mahine minimum 8 loans successfully clear karwani hongi.
Customer Support: Customers ko loan documentations, eligibility aur process ke baare mein acche se samjhana.
