Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct property inspections, coordinate client meetings, and facilitate residential and commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and corporate tenants.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Develop relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties and prospective clients.

2 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct site inspections and property viewings.
• Provide professional guidance on market trends, pricing, and property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3 Property Leasing & Sales

• Promote residential and commercial properties for sale and lease.
• Negotiate commercial terms between clients and property owners.
• Coordinate documentation, negotiations, and transaction closures.
• Assist clients throughout the leasing/sales process until successful completion.

4 Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with legal, accounts, and administrative teams for transaction processing.
• Ensure collection of KYC documents, agreements, and other transaction-related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and site visits in CRM systems.
