* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Visit dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project sites regularly.
* Promote the company's architectural hardware products, including locks, door handles, hinges, glass fittings, door closers, and other hardware accessories.
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
* Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate prices with customers.
* Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales orders.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
* Submit daily visit reports, expense reports, and sales updates to the reporting manager
* Attend trade exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events when required.
