Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Meet potential customers to present products/services and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Maintain daily reports of field activities and sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.


Requirements:


  • 0–9 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and territory.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Basic English should be known.
  • 10th pass are also eligible for this role.
