Job Title: Sales Executive – Dental Equipment

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell dental equipment to dentists, dental colleges, hospitals, and distributors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be willing to travel extensively, and confidently demonstrate products to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's dental equipment and solutions to:
  • Private dental clinics and dentists
  • Dental colleges and universities
  • Hospitals and healthcare institutions
  • Authorized distributors and dealers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with the service and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend dental conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel within Mumbai and nearby cities is required.
  • Outstation travel for customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and distributor visits will be a regular part of the role.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good customer relationship management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
