Field Sales Executive

Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Jogeshwari East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Corporate Targeting: Map and penetrate enterprise sectors, including large corporate offices, hotels, restaurant groups, and hospital networks.

On-Ground Engagement: Execute structured, face-to-face field meetings with key institutional decision-makers, owners, and procurement heads.

End-to-End Sales Cycle: Lead the full business development process from on-ground prospecting to corporate presentation and deal closure.

Sector-Specific Pitching: Customise value propositions to address the unique operational needs of corporate, hospitality, F&B, and healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

B2B Pitching Skills: Proven ability to confidently approach and negotiate with institutional heads and corporate leaders.

High Field Mobility: Comfort with a full-time, on-ground role requiring daily local travel for client face-to-face meetings.

Consultative Mindset: Capability to manage the complex, longer sales cycles typical of enterprise and healthcare clients.

Relationship Management: Exceptional communication skills to build long-term rapport with corporate and hospitality decision-makers.
