Job Description – Sales Manager (Individual Role) Roles & Responsibilities:· Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSA & Open Market channels
· Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, brokers, builders, and connectors
· Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the local market network
· Handle end-to-end sales process including lead generation, customer acquisition, documentation, and login
· Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth case disbursement
· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
· Provide regular MIS, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management
· Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
Candidate Profile:· Minimum 2+ years experience in Home Loan / LAP sales
· Strong knowledge of Pune open market & DSA channel
· Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Self-driven and target-oriented professional
