🎯 ROLE SUMMARYRBC Salon Furniture is looking for energetic, ambitious, and hungry-to-grow individuals for our Pune field sales team. No prior sales experience required — we will train you from scratch. If you have confidence, communication skills, and the drive to earn well — this role is for you.
- 📋 WHAT YOU WILL DOVisit salons, beauty parlours, spas, and hair studios across Pune daily
- Present RBC's product catalogue and close orders
- Build relationships with salon owners and follow up regularly
- Generate new leads through referrals and cold visits
- Submit daily visit reports to manager
- Achieve monthly sales targets
✅ WHO CAN APPLYEducation
- Minimum 12th Pass (HSC)
- Any Graduate preferred — BBA / B.Com / BA / any stream
Must Have
- Own two-wheeler + valid driving licence ✅
- Good communication in Marathi + Hindi ✅
- Smartphone with WhatsApp ✅
- Willingness to do daily field work ✅
- Pune city geography knowledge ✅
