Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier payments and vendor ledgers
• Plan and monitor EMI payments and debt schedules
• Handle staff salary planning and monthly payout schedules
• Track owner/business expenses in a structured manner
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
• Cash flow forecasting and payment planning
• Budgeting and expense control
• Stock valuation and purchase budgeting
• MIS / dashboard reporting for management
• Coordinate with accountant / CA for compliance and accounting records
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial discipline
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance / Commercial role
• Background in Retail / Footwear / Apparel / Trading preferred
• Strong Excel knowledge is mandatory
• Experience with Tally / ERP software preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and owner-minded approach
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience and capability)
