F&B Associate – Job Description

Location: Infinity Mall, Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests professionally.
  • Take and serve food & beverage orders.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
  • Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification: HSC/Graduate; Hotel Management preferred.
