Job Description

Guest Service & Experience: Greet, seat, and thank guests warmly, providing attentive service to ensure satisfaction.

Order Taking & Sales: Take food and beverage orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and use upselling techniques to increase sales.

Operational Supervision: Lead and supervise service staff, including waiters and bussers, and conduct pre-shift briefings.
