Job Description
Manage the overall Food & Beverage operations of the club.
Supervise restaurant, banquet, café, and bar operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
Manage F&B staff, duty rosters, and daily operations.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Handle inventory, stock control, vendor coordination, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with food safety and club policies.
