About the role
Kozmic Tech Solutionz Private Limited is looking for a developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team and help grow our in-house CRM platform. We’ve built our own CRM tool and companion mobile app, and we need someone hands-on to build new features, improve existing functionality, and help align our development processes.
This is a great opportunity for a developer who wants real ownership, exposure to both backend and mobile development, and the chance to see their work make a direct impact on a product used every day.
What you’ll do
- Build and enhance features across our CRM web platform and mobile app.
- Develop and maintain backend functionality using PHP and MySQL.
- Contribute to our companion mobile app built with Flutter.
- Help improve our development processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with the team on code quality and delivery.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a developer.
- Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Practical experience with Flutter.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the team.
- Experience with GitHub and version control (a strong plus).
Nice to have
- Exposure to CRM systems or similar business applications.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
