Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage work schedules, train staff on proper horticulture techniques, and conduct daily performance reviews.
  • Landscape Maintenance: Oversee mowing, edging, trimming hedges, and seasonal flower planting.
  • Plant Health Care: Monitor for diseases and nutrient deficiencies, applying fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides safely.
  • Resource Management: Estimate and procure materials, maintain gardening equipment, and ensure water conservation through irrigation maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure aesthetic standards are met, aligning with the property’s overall design.
