The General Manager – Sales is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability goals. The role involves leading regional sales teams, expanding distribution, strengthening channel partnerships, and ensuring consistent business growth across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual sales strategy and business plan.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and monitor Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and the field sales team.

Expand distribution and ensure product availability in all key markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, super stockists, and key retail partners.

Monitor sales performance through regular reviews and implement corrective actions where required.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Plan and execute trade schemes, promotions, and sales campaigns.

Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth business execution.
