'ग्राहक मित्र' (Grahak Mitra) हे प्रामुख्याने बँका . किंवा इतर ग्राहक-केंद्रित सेवांमध्ये नियुक्त केलेले पद आहे. 'JD' म्हणजे जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन (Job Description), ज्यामध्ये या पदाच्या मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या खालीलप्रमाणे आहेत:

  • प्राथमिक मदत: बँकेत येणाऱ्या ग्राहकांना शाखेत योग्य सेवा मिळण्यास मदत करणे आणि त्यांच्या चौकशांचे निवारण करणे.
  • डिजिटल साक्षरता: ग्राहकांना मोबाईल बँकिंग, योनो (YONO), नेट बँकिंग आणि एटीएम/सीडीएम (CD/ATM) मशीन वापरण्यास शिकवणे.
  • कामाचा भार कमी करणे: किरकोळ व्यवहारांसाठी ग्राहकांना डिजिटल माध्यमांकडे वळवणे, जेणेकरून बँकेतील कर्मचाऱ्यांचा वेळ वाचेल.
  • मार्गदर्शन: ग्राहकांना विविध बँक उत्पादने आणि सेवांची माहिती देणे.
