Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International BPO operations. As a Global Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to international customers (US/UK process), ensuring high satisfaction and resolution efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound/Outbound calls/Chat with International customers
- Resolve queries related to products, services, or accounts
- Deliver excellent customer experience with a professional approach
- Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics
- Document interactions accurately in the system
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- HSC/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
- Comfortable with night shifts (US/UK timings)
- Basic computer knowledge

- Strong problem-solving ability
- Active listening & interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹60,000 per month
