Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and modern design tools, including AI-assisted workflows.

You will work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to create impactful visual content for various brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Design & Creative Execution

* Create high-quality designs for social media posts, ads, banners, presentations, websites, and marketing materials.

* Develop creative concepts and visual layouts aligned with brand guidelines.

* Design creatives for digital campaigns, product promotions, and brand communication.

2. Brand Consistency

* Ensure consistent brand identity and visual language across all creative assets.

* Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining design integrity.

3. Collaboration with Marketing Team

- Work closely with the content, marketing, and strategy teams to understand campaign objectives.

- Translate marketing briefs into engaging and effective visual creatives.

4. Creative Turnaround & Timelines

- Deliver creatives within deadlines without compromising quality.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Innovation & AI Integration

- Use AI tools and design automation tools to improve creative efficiency and ideation.

- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and formats.

6. File Management & Production

- Maintain organized design files and version control.

- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW

- Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Willingness to travel to Borivali West, Mumbai

Preferred:

- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing agency, or creative studio

- Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns
