We are expanding our team and looking for a Creative Graphic Designer and a YouTube & Facebook Manager who can help us scale our digital presence.

• 🔹 Position 1: Graphic DesignerKey ResponsibilitiesCreate eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and highly clickable designs.
• Design Facebook posts, reels covers, banners, and other digital creatives.
• Collaborate with video editors and content creators to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated with latest design trends and platform requirements.
• Present new ideas to improve content performance.
• Deliver all design tasks on time with top-quality output.
• QualificationsProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools.
• Good understanding of YouTube & Facebook visual trends.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Freshers can apply; 1–2 years experience preferred.
• 🔹 Position 2: YouTube & Facebook ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily uploads, scheduling, metadata (SEO, tags, descriptions).
• Monitor channel analytics, performance, CTR, retention, and RPM.
• Handle copyright checks, claims, and content quality review.
• Manage Facebook page posts, monetization, and content strategy.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and the management team.
• Maintain consistency and optimize content for maximum reach & revenue.
• QualificationsUnderstanding of YouTube Studio, Facebook Creator Studio, analytics & algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of copyright rules, SEO, thumbnails & audience behavior.
• Ability to handle multiple channels efficiently.
• Experience preferred but freshers with strong knowledge can apply.
