Job Description

Position: Ground Staff

Reporting To: Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure courts/turfs and facility areas are clean, maintained, and ready for operations.
  2. Assist customers with bookings, equipment, and basic support while maintaining professional behavior.
  3. Open and close the facility as per schedule and ensure smooth daily operations.
  4. Monitor equipment, lights, nets, and report any damages or maintenance issues.
  5. Maintain discipline, safety, and proper usage of the facility by players.
  6. Support tournaments, coaching sessions, and events whenever required.
  7. Share daily operational updates and customer feedback with management.
