Job Description

Requirements:

  • Female candidates with a pleasing personality.
  • Very fluent in English.
  • Computer literate, proficient in responding to clients on WhatsApp promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Follow up with clients via phone calls, providing information about promotions and offers.
  • Update Loyalty Program members on latest promotions and offers.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Efficiently handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Perform administrative tasks and assist in office coordination.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Computer literacy, especially in responding to clients on WhatsApp.
  • Pleasant demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage reception area efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach.
