💼 Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Hardware & Network Engineer who can handle on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure. This role involves visiting client locations, diagnosing issues, and ensuring systems run smoothly with minimal downtime.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Set up and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Perform OS installation, upgrades, and software configuration
- Handle structured cabling and basic network setup
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
- Maintain service reports and documentation after each visit
- Coordinate with internal team for escalations and replacements
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience with routers, switches, and access points
- Familiarity with Windows OS installation and configuration
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems (preferred)
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide effective solutions
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
