Build annual and seasonal collection calendars.
Develop bridal, festive, menswear, and prêt collections.
Ensure collections balance creativity with commercial viability.
Research fashion, color, textile, and consumer trends.
Oversee product development from concept to final sample.
Create detailed tech packs and specifications.
Collaborate with pattern masters and sampling teams.

Work closely with production to ensure timelines.
