Job description
We are hiring for voice process.
Designation: Associate Customer Support
Process: Banking / Non banking / Ecommerce
Shift Timing: Girls: 8AM - 8PM (any 10hrs) Boys: 8 AM-11PM (Any 10hrs)
5 days working & 2 rotational week-off
Qualification: HSC/ Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
Skills Required:
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Good typing speed with accuracy
Interpersonal and customer handling skills
Ability to manage queries and resolve issues effectively
Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolve product related issues and queries over calls
Manage customer calls with a focus on exceptional service and timely query resolution
Actively respond to customer needs, concerns, and feedback appropriately
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system
